The Dugout Return and Exchange Policy
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase if items are current, unworn, and in original condition, including original scent. Clearance and Novelty item sales are final (no exchanges or refunds). All dated special event sales are final.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:
1. Call our toll free number to receive a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
2. Pack the item in the original packaging if possible and include your e-mail receipt. Be sure to keep a copy of your receipt for your records.
3. Prepay the return shipping charges. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Shipping
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS™ or Insured Parcel Post for your return. The Dugout is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange, so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.

Refunds
You can expect a refund for a return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. The Dugout retains the right to refuse any returned merchandise at our discretion.
